Limitation of Liability
Subject to any non-excludable liability implied by legislation (including under consumer laws), any liability of Dr. Tranter Aesthetics in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, at the election of Dr. Tranter Aesthetics, be limited to:

• In relation to goods, the replacement or repair of the goods, the supply of equivalent goods, the payment of the cost of replacing or repairing the goods or the payment of the cost of obtaining equivalent goods; and
• In relation to services, the supply of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
Subject to non-excludable liability (including under consumer laws), Dr. Tranter Aesthetics will not otherwise be liable to you or any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, business interruption or the loss of data or information, or damages for product liability, personal injury or negligence resulting from use of goods or services supplied to you, or on behalf of you, through this website.

Loyalty Program

Terms and Conditions

Our loyalty program is a points based system that is based on amount spent in store on products and services. The amount of points awarded and what products and services they are awarded and redeemed on remain at the discretion of clinic management.

Points are awarded on a tier system:

  • Spend between 0-$99 - awarded 0.25 points per $1 spend

  • Spend between $100-$799 - awarded 0.5 points per $1 spend

  • Spend $800+ - awarded 1 point per $1 spend

1 point is valued at 0.10c.

Dr Tranter Aesthetics has the right to modify these award levels and points monetary value at any time.

Points have an expiry of 6 months and must be redeemed prior to this. If they are not redeemed before 6 months of when they were earned they will expire and no long be available on your TreatCard account.
