Full Face Rejuvenation
A holistic, signature approach to medical aesthetics
There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to facial aesthetics and at Dr Tranter Aesthetics we tailor your treatment to exactly what you need.
By combining a full face assessment, your history, goals and expectations, we can recommend a series of treatments that can maximise and maintain your appearance and help you to “age-well”.
Please note that due to TGA regulations and guidance set by AHPRA, we are unable to discuss brand names or names of specific cosmetic treatments on our website or on our social media. We encourage you to book a consultation so Dr Tranter can fully discuss these treatments with you and develop a plan that is suited to you and your individuality.
Ageing Well - The 3 Pillars
Skin Quality
-
The quality of your skin and your complexion contribute hugely to a youthful, aesthetic appearance. If we can minimise pigmentation, sun damage and redness, then your skin will look and feel great, and be more healthy and functional. A big focus should be on your skin barrier function and treatments that even out the complexion.

Expression and Lines
-
Dynamic and static wrinkles associated with expression, and a decline in skin integrity, can become more prominent with the ageing process as the skin starts to show lines, creases and folds. Treatments to address lines and wrinkles, plus stimulate collagen and elastin, will keep skin looking firm and smooth.
-
Structure and Volume
-
Changes in the bony structure of the face, fat pads and muscle tone contribute to changes around the eyes, the cheeks and mid face, and the jawline. This gives a heavy appearance to the lower face, hollowing and lack of support for overlying soft tissue structure. We offer treatments to revolumise and add structure to add balance to a more youthful appearance.
-
The changes we see when we look in the mirror are a result of changes affecting multiple tissue layers - the epidermis, the dermis, superficial and deep fat pads, muscles, SMAS (connective tissue layer), ligaments and bone.
By incorporating treatments that address as many of these layers as possible, we can achieve a natural, harmonious result for the whole face.
Why a holistic approach?
When it comes to the ageing process and facial aesthetics, we believe there are 3 main pillars to address that contribute to a healthy and youthful appearance. These include the health and appearance of the skin and complexion, facial expression and wrinkles, and finally, the structure and volume of the face.
Once you have started to notice changes in your appearance, this often means there are various ageing processes going on within the skin and the underlying structures - things that you cannot see when you look in the mirror, and things that cannot be “fixed” with a single modality approach i.e. a bit of neurotoxin treatment here and there.
We combine our treatments to address as many layers of the skin and facial tissue as possible - this gives a much more natural, harmonious and beautiful result.
Good cosmetic work should be imperceptible, and our focus is on natural results. Our goal is for you to look like the best version of you, refreshed and rejuvenated.
What does a treatment plan look like?
We develop our treatment plans specifically for each patient, incorporating a variety of state-of-the-art treatment modalities.
We usually see 2 types of patients in the clinic:
The younger patient (typically aged 20’s to early 40’s) who has very early signs of ageing, or a specific feature of concern. Or a patient who has a specific skin condition, such as acne or rosacea.
The more mature patient or those with more significant sun damage, premature ageing, textural changes, lines and wrinkles or significant volume loss.
In both cases, we perform an assessment and suggest the treatments and products that will yield the greatest results for you. Generally we suggest 4-5 appointments over a 4 month period and then maintenance treatments over the course of the year.
Your plan could include:
Cosmetic injectable treatments to smooth lines and restore volume and structure
RF treatments to stimulate collagen, firm, tone and tighten the skin and improve skin texture
Laser and IPL treatment
Advanced dermal treatments such as chemical peels and microneedling
We also review your at-home skincare routine and suggest and prescribe products that will maximise your results. We also have specific pre and post treatment skincare that is essential for some of our most advanced treatments.
We highly recommend building trust with a good clinic and clinician who you can commit to a treatment plan and build a long term relationship with. We pride ourselves on the skill of our medical-led team, our patient experience, our results and our follow up and aftercare, so that you can rest assured you’ll get the best results.
What can you do at home?
In addition to committing to regular in-clinic treatments, there are basic things you can do at home to further enhance your results, plus protect and nurture your skin and collagen levels.
These measures, as a minimum, are essential for ongoing skin health and we strongly recommend you implement them as part of your treatment plan.
Sun protection - Daily SPF 50+, yes, even in winter! Ensure adequate amount is used and reapply throughout the day.
Stay hydrated and drink enough water.
Quit smoking.
Quit sugary, processed foods.
Ensure adequate sleep.
